For fun...

We have been trying to be good about taking pictures of the belly & as we do I'm going to compile them into some sort of thing-ma-jig. This is what we have so far...

Note: I do have more than one outfit...it's just way easier to tell the progression when it's the same outfit. I will wear something else next time just to prove it...

Makes me laugh when I look at this. Obviuosly the biggest change was from 20-21..don't know what happened there...

Remodel Before & After Pictures!

Okay now just to preface the pictures I have to give a little background...we started working on remodeling our office and bedroom the weekend of Valentines. We JUST BARELY finished! Haha. Anyways, we are so glad it's done & I swear I am never painting again.


So what did we do? Well, if you are familiar with older homes you know what a lath & plaster (sp?) wall looks like...basically the walls had cracks running up and down them. It looked pretty bad. Luckily, Jon is really good at doing drywall stuff--so he fixed the walls and made them nice and flat! There are no more cracks! It looks so good! Then we painted...which was terrible. And we also had new carpet put in & switched out a few light fixtures for something new. We are very happy with the finished product!


This is our bedroom. Now, granted, if I had made the bed and stuff before I had taken these pictures I'm sure it would have looked better...and now I am embarrassed to put them up, but for the sake of being dramatic...


Did you see the Chinese looking outdoor lamp on the picture before the one above this? I hated that lamp...it was so horrible...It wasn't even centered on the wall. I was so glad to get rid of it!

Springy

Look what I found today....

Sprouts! All 4 of them! Haha. And you know what the best part is? I only planted the seeds last friday afternoon...so it hasn't even been a week yet! All I did was buy one of those handy dandy box/planter things and a pack or two of seeds. Then in the planter thing was these little things of compacted soil and when you add water to them they expand like so...
Then you add seeds, water them and cover them up.
Today Thor somehow got into it and pulled out one of the little soil pack thing-ma-jigs, luckily...he was careful with it and didn't break it open or anything so I was able to put it back in place unharmed, but I think I will move it somewhere safer.

Once the flowers get a little bigger I'll move them outside and hopefully they will grow up to look like this:

There are also a few poppy seeds mixed in there...but anyways, I can't wait until Spring actually get's here!

Also...Iam hoping that by the end of this week we will have finished getting our house put back together & I will have some before and after pictures...I'm so excited!

20 weeks

Here is a picture of what my stomach looks like at 20 weeks...I know there were a few who wanted to see.



I'm half way...I almost feel like I should be further along by now, but oh well...my doctor said the second half goes slower than the first so at least we'll have lots of time to get ready?
