Today was looking cold and dark out there. A girl at work told me it's supposed to snow Friday and so when I got hungry I decided to make a big pot of soup (plus the house was freezing and I didn't want to turn the heat on yet!). Now, you should know that soup is the only thing I actually
enjoy making. I will cook, but usually it is only because I have to.

So I must admit, I actually am slightly excited for fall & winter...just so I can enjoy cooking again!
