Update...

So now apparently my little ticker is off...instead of saying i'm overdue it says i have more days to go.


Still nothing...

Not even any braxton hicks contractions.

I am VERY uncomfortable.

Any ideas how to coax a baby out? Haha.

Baby Misc...

So much has been going on lately & of course our internet went out for the majority of that time, but maybe it was a good thing because I probably got a lot more done that way.

Pretend like I'm not in the picture... I also bought a glider online from Target in June...and it still has not shipped! Once it gets here I'll put up a picture of the room...hopefully it get's here before baby does!

My Aunts and Grandma threw me a fantastic baby shower! We got a lot of stuff!

I think the whole "having a baby" thing is probably starting sink more lately...up until about a week ago I could not wait to get this kid out, now I'm starting to think the longer he waits--the better! Haha. Then I'll have some more time to get some more things done around here! At the same time though I know a few people that were due the same time as me (some a few days before, and some a few days after my due date) & as of this morning, all of them have had their babies...so now I'm feeling left out.

I feel decent, not to say my back doesn't kill sometimes and that I'm not totally uncomfortable, but I think for the most part I don't feel too bad. I went to the Dr yesterday and he told me I'm at a 2...so who knows when this kid will come...could be tomorrow could be 2 weeks. I keep telling the baby to wait until next week at least.

4th Fireworks

Well 4th of July weekend was much needed around our house. Jon had a 3 day weekend and we just got to take it kind of easy and have fun.

Saturday morning we went to a neighborhood breakfast with my grandparents--they made dutch oven breakfast stuff and it was good! We BBQ'd later that day with some friends & then we went to my grandparents to watch the fireworks.

Also, thank goodness Jillian from The Bachelorette finally got rid of Wes.

Happenings

It looks so weird to me. I hate when I'm walking around and catch the reflection of my profile...it totally catches me off guard. I had a dream a little girl asked if I had a ball under my shirt then later during that same dream I dreamt that my doctor called Jon and told him he thought I was a hypochondriac and that he wanted Jon to get me help. Hahahahaha. Oh man..pregnancy...

So I decided to go ahead and buy a bedding set for da baby. I'm so glad I decided this...I got it in the mail the other day and it's even cuter in person than the picture online...plus it required no work on my part. BUT I did get a sewing machine & I am so excited about it. I'm going to make some curtains for his room & a pillow for the glider...I can't wait to post pictures when I'm all done.

Also, I have been working a lot more lately--which is a good thing! We got the approval at work to work more hours and it has been so nice!

Jon has been extra good about running and mountain biking lately. He is going to do a duathlon later this summer which will consist of a 40K mountain bike & 10K run...he's really excited...I am too!

Well I think that about sums it all up...

30 Weeks

Okay I'm really starting to get big now...

Sorry I really stink at updating lately. I blame it on pregnancy...lately I feel like I can't do anything...haha. I have never gotten into mountain biking before, but now that I'm pregnant and I can't--I'm dying to go ride with Jon. Go figure.

I got to go see my Mom and sister in SLC last Saturday...unfortunately we didn't get to do anything fun because my kidney stones picked that exact day to start acting up again.

I have been trying to decide on baby stuff lately--colors, furniture, etc... I really can not find much of anything I'm crazy about as far as crib bedding goes so I am debating making something..? I found some fabric I like, but it's a little spendy and the longer I sit around here and think about it the more I think it'd just be easier to settle on something already made. Haha. We'll see though. I think i'm gonna ask for a sewing machine for my birthday...maybe then I'll want to make something.
