Okay I'm really starting to get big now...

Sorry I really stink at updating lately. I blame it on pregnancy...lately I feel like I can't do anything...haha. I have never gotten into mountain biking before, but now that I'm pregnant and I can't--I'm dying to go ride with Jon. Go figure.

I got to go see my Mom and sister in SLC last Saturday...unfortunately we didn't get to do anything fun because my kidney stones picked that exact day to start acting up again.

I have been trying to decide on baby stuff lately--colors, furniture, etc... I really can not find much of anything I'm crazy about as far as crib bedding goes so I am debating making something..? I found some fabric I like, but it's a little spendy and the longer I sit around here and think about it the more I think it'd just be easier to settle on something already made. Haha. We'll see though. I think i'm gonna ask for a sewing machine for my birthday...maybe then I'll want to make something.

27 Weeks

So here is another updated picture of my tummy...it is getting pretty big.

I'm not sure how I feel about all this...up until this point I have been squeezing into some of my not-maternity clothes and it really is not working anymore...dang.

I just looked at that picture again. I look so weird. Just know that I took it myself with the timer and the tripod so I didn't have someone to tell me-Mal try something else, you look ridiculous.

Also, I do think that my belly is rather pointy looking...haha. Do you see it?

Yesterday I got to go do my glucose test...they told me if I don't hear anything back it's a good thing...and I haven't heard anything so hopefully that is the end of that.

Dog Pictures

I love this picture of Thor...every time I see it I laugh. Haha. I had the hardest time even getting the picture I was laughing so hard.

Scary picture of Thor...don't worry he's not going to attack or anything...there is actually a ball somewhere and he and Trig are playing with it.

We have been trying to be good about taking pictures of the belly & as we do I'm going to compile them into some sort of thing-ma-jig. This is what we have so far...

Note: I do have more than one outfit...it's just way easier to tell the progression when it's the same outfit. I will wear something else next time just to prove it...

Makes me laugh when I look at this. Obviuosly the biggest change was from 20-21..don't know what happened there...

Remodel Before & After Pictures!

Okay now just to preface the pictures I have to give a little background...we started working on remodeling our office and bedroom the weekend of Valentines. We JUST BARELY finished! Haha. Anyways, we are so glad it's done & I swear I am never painting again.


So what did we do? Well, if you are familiar with older homes you know what a lath & plaster (sp?) wall looks like...basically the walls had cracks running up and down them. It looked pretty bad. Luckily, Jon is really good at doing drywall stuff--so he fixed the walls and made them nice and flat! There are no more cracks! It looks so good! Then we painted...which was terrible. And we also had new carpet put in & switched out a few light fixtures for something new. We are very happy with the finished product!


This is our bedroom. Now, granted, if I had made the bed and stuff before I had taken these pictures I'm sure it would have looked better...and now I am embarrassed to put them up, but for the sake of being dramatic...


Did you see the Chinese looking outdoor lamp on the picture before the one above this? I hated that lamp...it was so horrible...It wasn't even centered on the wall. I was so glad to get rid of it!
